In the late l970's a company named Red Era Realty, Inc. was formed in suburban Norridge, Illinois (known as the “island” in the city of Chicago) by Vicente and Fe Priscilla Reyes. Their mission was simple, help fellow immigrants fulfill the American dream of home ownership. 42 Years later, the mission is still the same and boy have we grown! Our history is rather groovy. We had 1 office in Norridge while their son’s were growing up. Then in 1999, Fevin their youngest son, the rebel, decided to leave the tech world and help mom and dad officially retire from the their full time hustles by growing Red Era Realty part-time business into a bustling real estate practice. Over the next 15 years, Fevin took the company into the Ukrainian Village urban market and crushed it. He grew the company in agent count, revenue and market share nearly 100% year after year achieving many accolades along the way. red era group, Inc. was a boutique brokerage, then a team with Fevin’s RE/MAX 212°, then to Keller Williams Lincoln Park and now Chicago O’Hare International AND Coronado California in San Diego Metropolitan!

Fevin Reyes is the principle founder of red era group MBA,ABR, CDPE, green
Fevin is the son of Vic Reyes, the founder of Red Era Realty, Inc. of over 25 years. Previously, he spent 6 years in enterprise software from inside sales to director of business development with companies from Sybase Corporation to previous local incubator Divine lnterventures, Inc. Fevin graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While at UIC, Fevin held multiple internships from companies like AT & T, S.C. Johnson Wax, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Walt Disney's Buena Vista Pictures Marketing. Fevin was also past President of the American Marketing Association's UIC chapter. He later went on to receive his Executive MBA from Loyola University, Chicago.
As the past managing broker and co-owner of RE/MAX 212° for two years, Fevin was involved in the day to day operations of the brokerage, developing overall strategy and, of course, working alongside clients. He is primarily involved in residential sales but also in the assessment and evaluation of investment properties and commercial properties from mixed units to strip malls.
Since 2001, Fevin has brokered over 1,000 real estate transactions and over $100 Million in real estate property values. The majority of these sales have, ironically, been through buyer agency. Fevin has been very successful throughout the years; however, he had his best year in 2009 despite a down market.

Fevin has taken a small family boutique brokerage, grown it into a RE/MAX franchise, and now calls Keller Williams his permanent home. His team red era group remains a top producer in Chicago. As of January 1, 2018 has launched expansion teams of red era group into all of Southern California and calls Coronado is home.
Fevin was born in Humboldt Park and grew up in the near northwest side of Chicago. In his attempt to for work/life balance, Fevin loves his entire family and friends. He married his high school love, has two amazing daughters and a cool Olde English Bull dog. On top of that, Fevin loves to share his appreciation of Chicago in the fast lane. He is a motor sports enthusiast (Formula 1 and yes, even NASCAR) and is often seen on the race track playing with friends of various organizations such as the Audi Club, Porsche Club, NASA and Autobahn Country Club.
The most exciting and gratifying part of his job is two fold: Receiving a referral from a past client and knowing they are a client for life while watching the growth and development of the company from interns, managers, agents, to personal achievement.

Danica Matos is a woman full of life, and a positive attitude. She is always ready to help anyone. She has also worked as an executive assistant for CEOs and many other top level executives in the residential and commercial real estate industry.
Danica grew up in the Humboldt and Wicker Park area of Chicago and worked alongside her parents in their family business. In the past 12 years she has become very involved in her community church in Chicago where she assists in the daycare.
One of Danica's greatest hobbies is to travel! She is also embarking again in real estate investing throughout the county. Danica holds a bachelor degree with DeVry University in Computer Science. Her diversity allows her to be open minded in her role as the Director of Sales and Expansion Agent at red era group and is a great asset to our company. Danica is committed to investing in the team and unites them to achieve team goals.

Carrie Muschek was born in Louisville, KY. She is a mother and a military spouse with over 25 years experience on both sides of the spectrum, enlisted and officer. She has supported her family through 6 CONUS
(in US) and 4 OCONUS (Oversea) relocations.
She is full of energy and always pursues the Why Not attitude in life. She is compassionate and strives to be the “go-to” person in all aspects of her life. Carrie graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education.
During her time as a military spouse, she was devoted to assisting the Navy’s Family Readiness Group (FRG) in sponsoring countless families with overseas moves and transitions to alleviate concerns of spouses and family members. She worked hand in hand with families coordinating their relocations providing necessary support to ease the burden and stress of overseas moves.
Carrie’s unique opportunities to live overseas immersed in various cultures and life experiences have given her the ability to read situations, think outside the box and uncover solutions to tasks that may seem impossible.

Beatriz Anaya was born in El Paso, Texas and moved to Michoacan, Mexico where she grew up. Beatriz graduated from ITESO (Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education) with a Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture. Bicultural and bilingual.
She had the opportunity to work on urban development projects, including the rehabilitation of open public space and façade, and completed the first Community Protection and Evacuation Plan in a low-income community in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where she went to college.
Beatriz is a firm believer that each neighborhood has architecture, history, and life on its own. With her background and passion for architecture, Beatriz has developed an analytical eye that gives her the ability to educate her clients and match the market inventory with her clients' needs and desires. Her goal is to be the anchor for her clients when they are ready to make one of the most important decisions of your lifetime.
